These clavos are hand-forged. (not machine-made)
Please do not expect all to be perfectly centered. These are best used when wanting to restore or recreate a rustic project. These clavos may be rusty, bent a bit or off-center. If you are looking for factory-produced clavos, these would not be suitable.
Please note: Our clavos are not finished and are meant for the user to finish to the color/style of their choice. There will be areas of rust visible on the clavos. This does not affect the quality of the product. It is a natural process for raw metal.
When applying the clavos to your project, we suggest to drill a pilot hole first. Tap in with a rubber mallet. If you are going to glue or weld these, you can snip the stems off.
The more you buy, the more you save! We offer this item in volume pricing. Need more clavos than what is shown? Contact us for special pricing.
We also sell clavos in sizes of 1/4 inch to 2 inch. We also offer Lone Star, Texas State and Spanish Mission Cross designs.
You will not receive the exact ones as shown in the photo, but those of equal or greater quality. Please see the photos for details of the clavos and what they will look like.
These are filled with old-world charm and perfect for rustic restoration projects.
